These are NOT savesets, ZIP files, ZOO archives, etc. You may transfer as little or as much as you wish. Depending on user demand and interest we will expand the service to larger libraries and include other CDROMs as appropriate. Changes: (13-Mar-1995) We've added a CDROM detailing the OpenVMS/AXP Layered products as of May-1994. If we get a later version, we'll bring that one up. (05-Feb-1995) We've added VS0135 (Fall, 1991), and VS0148 (Spring, 1992). (12-Jan-1995) We've added the OSF/1 Freeware CDROM to our inventory as a demonstration of the interoperability of Virtual Branches and ISO 9660. (11-Jan-1995) We've indexed all the *readme*.* files of the CDROMs. You can search the readme files using Gopher boolean searches and go directly to the README files (not the directory CONTAINING the readme files) to determine if these items are of interest to you. (10-Jan-1995) We've added the Fall 1993 (VS0168) and Spring 1994 (VS0169) CDROMs to our inventory. (27-Dec-1994) We've added the Digital FREEWARE CDROM to our inventory. (26-Dec-1994) We've indexed the directory listings of the CDROMs. You can now search the directory listings using Gopher boolean searches and go directly to the directories which contain the items of interest to you. As a consequence, some of the directory structures have changed. If you've linked to the ACDC using the old directory structure, you had better check to make sure you can still access things appropriately. Try the CDROM Center out and let us know how you like it, what you would like to see here, what you're willing to donate in the way of CDs for inclusion, etc. If there are any issues, contact us at: acdc@acornsw.com The ftp site is: URL: ftp://flash.acornsw.com/ site: flash.acornsw.com IP#: 140.186.88.9 user: anonymous Then cd to the appropriate volume, e.g., cd vs0114:[000000].
