public static Platform getPlatformFor(JdbcConnectionDescriptor jcd)

returns the Platform matching to the JdbcConnectionDescriptor jcd. The method jcd.getDbms(...) is used to determine the Name of the platform. BRJ : cache platforms

jcd - the JdbcConnectionDescriptor defining the platform
