Resolve accidental collisions.

User settable properties:

left-padding (dimension, in staff space)

The amount of space that is put left to a group of accidentals.

padding (dimension, in staff space)

Add this much extra space between objects that are next to each other.

right-padding (dimension, in staff space)

Space to insert between note and accidentals.

Internal properties:

accidental-grobs (list)

Alist with (NOTENAME . GROBLIST) entries

positioning-done (boolean)

Used to signal that a positioning element did its job. This ensures that a positioning is only done once.
